We currently ship all over India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking information and a link to track your package in real time.

5. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@muty.in. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping will incur an additional fee.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or tracking details. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
