At muty.in, we strive to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

• You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
• Returns are only applicable for products purchased directly from muty.in.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used personal care products.
• Customized or personalized items.
• Gift cards or promotional items.
• Items purchased on final sale or marked non-returnable.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at support@muty.in within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the damage.

5. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us. In such cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery following our return policy.

7. Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not support direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original product and place a new order.
