Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at support@muty.in within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the damage.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us. In such cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery following our return policy.
At this time, we do not support direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original product and place a new order.
